Laugh out loud, eat a Mediterranean diet, munch on nuts – how do you show your heart some love?

Your heart is one of the most important organs in your body and is needed for every vital function. In honor of February’s “Heart Health Month,” Maty's would love to hear tips/advice for how you keep your heart strong. Have your friends & family cheer you on by liking/commenting on your post. The three wall posts that generate the most likes/comments will receive a special goody bag with an item that will help keep your heart healthy. Winners will be announced February 29th!
