I haven't posted a recipe in a while, so I thought I would share this super easy and yummy recipe I found on Pinterest.
What you need:
4 chicken breasts
1 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup
1 sweet onion, diced
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 can of corn
1 box of Zatarains Yellow Rice (cooked)
What to do:
Place the chicken, onion and cream of chicken soup in your slow cooker.
Cook for 3-4 hours on high or 7-8 hours on low.
1 hour before it's ready mix in the rice, corn and cheese and let it finish cooking.
Yup, that's it. It was sooooo yummy! It's definitely a comfort food that will be a staple in our house!
