Scott was finally feeling better enough to do something other than sit on the couch, so after Jilly and I came home from church, we went up to Mimi and PawPaw's to go swimming.
The kiddos were actually pretty patient waiting to go into the pool.
The kiddos were able to do a whole lot of splashing and we even had a few swimming races. Jill also informed all of us that she is, in fact, a mermaid. Who knew.

We even attempted some swimming without the vests on. Jill immediately sank like a rock, but then she did pretty well. I think she will be swimming a lot faster than her brother.
All in all it was an awesome afternoon. Our evening on the other hand....sigh. More on that later.
