Our backyard has been consumed with wasps, maybe consumed is an exaggeration? Regardless, I've seen a few and one is one too many for me. Needless to say the kids and I decided to play indoors instead of taking our chances with the wasps (I think they are nesting in the fence). I'm pretty lucky that I have kids who can still blow off a ton of energy just running up and down the hallway.
Jill is in her coloring stage. She's very artistic and colors pretty much all day. The main problem we are having with her is that when the crayon gets down to the wrapper she feels that she needs a new one. Don't try to peel back the wrapper and think you can get away with that, nope she needs a brand spankin' new crayon. Dollar store here we come!
Aaron is more into his blocks and train set than coloring. He'll color for a few minutes but then he's off and running onto the next thing. He amazes me with the creative things he builds whether it's with his train set or blocks. Plus the kid can always make you smile!
Hope you've been having a great day so for!

Adorable babies.....love, love, love them while they are little. Soon they won't be wanting mommy to love and kiss them...teenagers...oh well, what preciousness. Over from SITS, hope you have a great day.
Darn those wasps! But coloring is oh, so much fun! Sweet pics!
They are so cute! My sister does that too with the crayons so maybe it's a girl/perfectionist thing?
We got the COOLEST thing for Christmas... it is a Crayola Crayon Maker, and you take the old pieces of crayons, stick them in the machine, and they come out as a BRAND NEW crayon (point and all!) You can make regular colors, or swirly ones with lots of colors. I higly recommend it for your picky girl! :)
