Cribs are soooooo 2009!

Toddler beds are clearly the latest trend! To be honest I had zero desire to make the transition, but Jill got herself out of the crib, and well she's not graceful and the fear of broken bones set in. I mean, we did just pay off the November medical bills, but I don't want to build it back up. Scott and I looked at crib tents, but didn't see spending $140 on a set. In the end we decided to just bite the bullet and put them in their toddler beds. The first night went surprisingly well. It only took an hour for them to fall asleep and they only had to be placed back in bed 4 times. When all was quite on the western front we checked in and there they were, snug as two bugs in their beds. YAHOO! Let's hope the next few nights will be as easy :)

yay!! Cribs are definitely 2009...we just moved up to a twin bed for my daughter. She is older...and wowzers!! the first night was on a Saturday night and Daylight Savings Time. Oh me, Oh my...I walked around like a zombie the next day..but now, she does great..just gets up a few times and then is off to sleep.

Oh Amanda we were SO a broken bone (on the first try to climb out) of a crib! Love the transitional images, what a FUN Way Back When-esday!
