Seaworld pt. 2

Today we made an impromptu visit to Seaworld with the kiddos. We didn't get to see half of the park the last time we were there, so we thought we would take advantage of our passes and visit for a few hours.

The kiddos got to see "Shamu"...They were less than impressed. Poor Shamu :(

Then we went and saw the Beluga whales, polar bears and walruses. Jill LOVED the dogs...errr belugas. I cannot wait to take them back to Shedd Aquarium in Chicago now that the exhibit has reopened. Jill also loved the dogs...errr polar bears. She got so excited when she saw the posters of them and kept pointing and shouting "dog!". Sigh... Aaron thought the walruses were pretty cool. They came right up to the glass, seriously you were eye to eye with them. And yes, Jill called them dogs too.

Then we took the kiddos back into the shark encounter. Aaron loved the shark tunnel. His eyes were so wide when the sharks would swim overhead! And of course Jill called the sharks dogs. When we got out of the shark exhibit it was starting to look really overcast so we decided to leave before the masses. But of course we had to stop and check out Manta. Scott didn't get to ride it the last time we were there, and the wait was 75 minutes, so he will be waiting a little longer. Hope you had a great Monday!
