The one where everything went awesome....

Today was pretty awesome, I am not going to lie. This morning was pretty chill, we didn't do much of anything, which is always nice. Jill spent most of the morning sitting in her bean bag with her books reading. See....

The book she has in her hand is her new favorite, it's called "Who says quack". What's funny about this book is it has similar pictures to her "Farm Animals" book and she will make me hold them side by side while she flips through them. It's almost like she's thinking "What the heck? Why is that duck in both books?"

After lunch we went up to BJ's to load up on the staples, you know giant boxes of pancake mix that could feed a small country but will last a month (if I'm lucky) in my house. I've made up my mind to start making everything from scratch for the kids, and us. I know those pancakes I buy them do not have real blueberries in them and it bothers me, so I want to start making everything fresh. Plus, it's cheaper!

So when we got home and got everything unloaded my darling son decided now would be the time to learn to climb. See....

Way to hit that milestone right before we go to the pediatrician! Sigh...

Then we got the surprise of a lifetime! Mimi and PawPaw brought the kiddos an early Christmas present, a 19" flatscreen LCD/HD TV with built in DVD. Right, it's way more advanced than my TV! Jill was amazed by the TV. She could not stop smiling while she was watching it. See...

Thank you thank you thank you Mimi and PawPaw!!!!

In other way exciting news, I found out today that I get to interview Bethenny Frankel of Real Housewives of NYC. Yay!!! Hope you had just as great of a day!!!
