Busy busy busy!

Yesterday was definitely a busy day. We spent most of the morning running errands, and then finished up the rest of our errands after Scott got home. I had to get Jill new shoes since her toes were starting to poke out. I swear they fit perfect the other day, maybe she soaks her feet in water at night? I wanted to get Aaron some shoes that weren't flip flops, but no luck. He's got weird feet, and I say that in a loving manner. I have to find a place that sells shoes in wide because I think that is what he needs. Jill did get a very cute pair of white sandals that will hopefully last longer than a month :) Target also has Converse for kiddos, so I'm thinking in the near future that I may get them a pair. They are just so darn cute!

The Target by my house also put a bunch of stuff on clearance, and not just that 30% off crap, we're talking 50% and 75%. I got both kids a t-shirt for like $1.50 each, plus I got myself a shirt for $1.25. Shorts are also super marked down to like $3 so I got them another pair.

After naps (and Aaron took almost a 4 hour nap, shopping just wears you out!) we went with Scott and Mimi and PawPaw to BJ's for a diaper and fruit run. Oh yes, we buy our fresh fruit at BJ's because we go through that much. After that we went to Chili's for dinner. Chili's is doing their fundraiser with St. Jude's right now (you know where you color in the pepper). I think it's the 18th that they donate all of their earnings from the day to St. Jude's. A friend of ours son was just diagnosed with cancer, he's not even one. My old band director's daughter had cancer for the first few years of her life (thankfully she is cancer free now). It's so hard to accept that little kids can go through something as horrible as cancer and cancer treatments. Please think of these families and think about going to Chili's to help out St. Jude's.

After dinner Mimi and I went back to Target to get the kiddos some more clothes. I really wanted to get them new PJ's but apparently Jill's size is a phantom size that does not exist in PJ's. Awesome. Then I made the mistake of buying Aaron's clothes in 2T because he is at the weight limit for that size, so I have to take everything back to exchange for a bigger size. 3t!!! How crazy is that?!

Another busy day today, my brother Chris and his wife Pam are coming into town. Hope you're having a good day so far!

StrideRite carries Wide and ExtraWide shoes. They are a bit more expensive, but the support is awesome and they have such cute styles! We have gotten B 3 pairs of shoes from there so far.
