Flower and Garden party of 10!

Wednesday we went to EPCOT with the Lyons crew (party of 10 please!) to check out the Flower and Garden Festival and research for the next Multiples and More post. We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful day, the weather was just gorgeous!

Our first stop was Finding Nemo because someone (*ahem* Lani *ahem*) was really excited about it and just couldn't wait to go on it. We also went into Turtle Talk with Crush while we were in The Seas. I think my kiddos will like it a lot more when they are older and can be a more active participant.

After lunch we went on Journey into Imagination and the kids got to run around on the music mat that they have near the exit. I think they ran around in there for like 30 minutes, at least. I can't wait to take them back to run around in there again before it really starts to get crowded.

After all the running around at Journey into Imagination we were able to walk around World Showcase and check out the Flower and Garden Festival. I love this time of year. There are so many great ideas, tips, and tricks that you can find at Flower and Garden. Now, I don't have a green thumb by any means, but I love to look at everything and make mental notes for the day that I can hire someone to maintain something like that for me. Scott and I are thinking of starting a vegetable garden this year, so it was neat to check everything out. The kids slept pretty much the whole time, which was fine by me :)

After the kids woke up we were all able to play in one of the many playgrounds they have set up for Flower and Garden. The one that we went to was set up in the fairy section and was hands down the coolest playground I have ever seen. All 5 kiddos had a blast and definitely wore the 5 of us adults out. The big kids got to go on a ride too, we all took turns riding Test Track, and thankfully the ride did not break down while Lani, Ploy and I were on it. Maybe this only happens on Space Mountain?

Everyone was pooped after Test Track so we all headed home and we got to meet up with my nephew Alex who was in town for Spring Break. The kids weren't too sure at first, but Aaron quickly sat down next to Alex and Jill brought him pretty much every toy in the playroom. It was great getting a chance to see him!

Hope you are having a great weekend!
