Mommy and Me Monday

Mommy and Me Monday at Really, Are You Serious?
Hosted by Krystyn at Really, Are You Serious?

This weekend definitely went by quickly. Saturday we had our friends over and had a great dinner, not to mention great conversation! Yesterday though, yesterday was a very chill day. It rained on and off pretty much the entire day. This weather naturally translates to zero motivation for me.

The kids and I kept busy though, we colored (Jill's favorite), built block towers and yelled "OH NO!" when they fell over (Aaron's favorite) and then did "airplane rides" (their favorite, my favorite for 30 seconds).

They love to ask "Are you ready?" when I say "yes" they then do a countdown "Three, two, one, BLAST OFF!!!!!" They could do airplane rides for a good solid hour, Mommy can make it 20 minutes if I'm lucky (this depends greatly on how many times Aaron gets an airplane ride).

Play along with Krystyn at Really, Are You Serious?

Tax free weekend is coming up here in Florida and I got this great tip from the lovely people at Chipotle:

Eat at any Orlando Chipotle on Tuesday, August 10, or Wednesday, August 11, and save the receipt. Then go back any time during tax “free” weekend, August 13 – 15 and receive a free burrito, salad, order of tacos or bowl with your receipt. No charge. No tax. No strings attached.

Guess who's eating at Chipotle this week????
