This weekend literally flew by. We went to a first birthday party on Saturday and the kids had a blast! It was at one of our favorite parks and as an added bonus the kids got to go into the splash park. It's at that point in the summer that it's just too hot to do anything else.
All four of us were pretty pooped after the party and just hung out the rest of the day.
Like I mentioned before it's at the point in the summer that it's too hot to do anything, and we are so getting cabin fever. I'm on a mission this week to find fun inside stuff for us to do, especially when my MOM is here. I'm finally having my septoplasty and am not looking forward to it by any stretch of the imagination. I'm pretty lucky that my MOM is coming to help out with the kids so I can recover. The most random part of my recovery is that I cannot wear my glasses, only my contacts, because I cannot have the frames sitting on the cast. This shall prove to be interesting....

It definitely looks like they had fun playing in the water! I keep forgetting that you guys are in Florida so it is super hot there. . .it's just starting to warm up here in the Midwest, so we are excited to be able to go outside and play in the pool or go for walks in the mornings. Boo for it being so hot there already=(.
