Yesterday we met up with my friend Andrea and her two boys at Downtown Disney to see Sharky and Bones from Jake and the Never Land Pirates. They have been here all week performing shows with their hit songs from the show.
All of the kids were excited to see the show, but I think in all honesty the Moms had a far better time during the show. Well, the kids may have been in shock and couldn't get over the fact that people they watch on TV are right in front of them.
It was crazy hot at the show though. I totally forgot that there is no cover over the seating area and the benches were quite literally hot, hot, lava. At one point Aaron told me he was so hot he was going to be sick and then gagged. It was hella awesome. We stayed in the shade for the duration of the show which peeved Jill because she wanted to be with her friends. Thankfully there was no vomiting or serious sunburn, which is a win-win for me.
