I'm on an exercise kick again, well...finally. I became pretty lazy after the half this year and with the Tower of Terror 10 miler coming up I need to get my rear in gear.
Not only have I been trying to get in my runs, but I'm trying to do some yoga to really stretch out and strengthen my body. The kiddos caught me doing some yoga the other night and wanted to try it out last night. So we tried our hand at the warrior 2 pose:
I think we may be doing this more often.
