Catching up...again...

We have had a lot going on lately and I have not had a chance to sit down and write. Here's a quick recap of what has been going on...

We went to Flower and Garden.

I love checking out the gardens every year and this year Jill really took an interest in the gardens and has decided to start her own.

Uncle Rich came to town for a visit!

It's been a while since we had Rich over and all four...okay, maybe three, kids were excited to see him.

The kiddos made their first communion.

I cannot believe they are old enough for this. It was a beautiful day and I am so thankful of everyone that came out to be with us.

My parents partied hard on Cinco de Mayo.

Not really, but before my Mom even had a margarita she grabbed me and said, "You have to take our picture with those!"

We spent an awesome weekend with my parents.

I love being with my Mom on Mother's day and am always thankful when their trips line up with that.

We went to the Invictus Games.

The games were amazing. We were able to see some of the track and field events before it got too hot to handle. Aaron quickly became a fan of USA team captain, Will Reynolds.

I cannot even put into words everything we saw. The camaraderie displayed by these athletes and their families was truly inspirational.

Finally, and most importantly...

I can still sit in the bucket seat I've had since childhood!
