Another week has come and gone, so this week I am thankful for:
Scott letting me sleep in pretty much every day this week. Granted, I think it's because he feels guilty that his snoring has returned, but I'll take it!
Scott going back to work in a couple of weeks, not that I am counting down the days or anything.
My kiddos being the funny little kiddos that they are.
Everyone that is around us, supporting us.
The press department at Food Network sending us that press release and actually responding back to us so I can interview Melissa d'Arabian. :) :) :)
My sister Cathy majoring in journalism because I totally slept through my required journalism class at ISU. Mom or Dad if you are reading this, of course I didn't sleep through that class! I would never do such a thing! Ahem...
Naptime, it's such a wonderful time.
Coffee being sold in bulk, it's the little things in life people!
Girls night at Devenney's on the two seven by the one nine two.
Didn't I just write my list for last week???? Oh well...here we go again! This week I am thankful for...
Scott and all that he does for us!
Two beautiful kiddos that always manage to make me laugh!
PawPaw letting me make his birthday cake today! You're gonna love it!
Both sets of parents and all they do for us.
The nurse today telling me there is no possible way I could have had twins because I don't look like I could. Totally made my day, which makes me wonder if they just say that for that reason...hmmmm
Missy from Two Little Monkeys giving me play by play photos (and places to put them) for the Multiples post tomorrow! You're awesome!
The manager at Sweetbay who has twins and always asks me how my kiddos are doing whenever I'm in there. It's nice to go to a store like that.
Steve Perry and Rick Springfield's insane fan base! I tagged them both in my post yesterday and got a ton of extra traffic from their fans. Awesome!
Naptime, what a wonderful time.
The truck not hitting Jenn and I yesterday on our way home from Winter Garden Village. Seriously, we are not allowed to ride in cars together anymore (read last Thursday to find out why).
That's all I got right now. Hope you are having a great Thursday!
>> It's been a fairly busy week this week, so naturally there is a ton to be thankful for! This week, I am thankful for...
Scott and all that he does. Fingers crossed that he gets a call from someone he has sent a resume to!
A great visit with Sandi, Michael and Kaitlyn!
All the American Girl/Bitty Baby furniture that Kaitlyn gave to Jill. And when I say all, I mean open the catalog, point, and we probably have it now. :)
Michael riding Manta with me, so I wouldn't chicken out when I got to the top :)
Mimi and PawPaw treating us to all the awesome dinners over the past week and a half. Most especially last night at Maggiano's!
Mimi and PawPaw letting us take the leftovers from Maggiano's :) Their food is awesome at the restaurant, but it always WAY better the next day!
Jill's new Lion King CD. As Cat told me a few weeks ago, my children are apparently South African, so this CD should be a welcomed gift to them! Thanks Mimi!
The new books the kiddos got from Busia and DziaDzio! I may have to install bookshelves into the walls to store all of the books they have, but that's always a good thing!
Nilla wafers! You are a savior in public places! Most especially restaraunts that take their time bringing out the kiddos food.
The rain this morning, it let us all sleep in a little. Well I got to sleep in a lot, but everyone else slept in too.
Scott allowing me to sleep an extra hour this morning :)
All of Lani's help while I've had family in town. You're the best!
Kelly from GOMOTT finding all those awesome prizes for the raffle (some of which we won! Yahoo!).
April and Melissa making me laugh during the board induction ceremony at Tuesday's meeting. I'm sure those photos of me laughing look awesome....uh huh... :)
My new Seaworld pass (I may have mentioned this last week?). Thanks Mimi and PawPaw!
Anything else I forgot to mention that happened this week. We are truly lucky to have what we have.
A lot to be thankful for this week, so here we go! This week I am thankful for....
Having a great husband who took care of the kiddos while I was sick!
Waking up this morning feeling a little closer to my old self. Maybe this has finally worked itself out?
The construction project next door looking like it is near completion. I think they are nailing on the last shingles (yeah at 7 am, seriously).
My friends son responded well to chemo. He has had 2 of the 10 sessions and is doing fantastic, please keep him in your prayers!
Alka Seltzer cold medicine, you rock.
All the well wishes while I was sick!
All the hugs from my kiddos, even though now I think those hugs were probably not a great idea (Aaron is starting to cough).
Mimi and PawPaw taking Morgan to the vet for us, even though it made Jill mad.
Morgan being a gentle puppy and letting the kids pet her whenever they want.
Skype! Lani and I had a video call yesterday (yeah we only live 10 minutes away) about work and it was awesome, now if my parents could figure it out that would be even better!
Sesame Street and Wiggles DVD's. They were lifesavers this week!
Great blog friends who are excellent sounding boards and are always there to lend a helping hand!
Hope you had a great week! Play along with Nicole at What a Trip!
