So happy day after Mother's Day everyone! I can't believe this was my second Mother's Day. Last year was a total blur, we just got home from the hospital a few days before so needless to say I had no clue what was going on. I'm so glad my Mom was down again this year for Mother's Day. I have to say that is one of the hardest things about living in Florida, I don't get to be around my folks all the time and share all the holidays with them.
But yesterday was a good day, we went by my parents to have lunch with them before they left. The kids ate an entire grilled cheese sandwich, not a single piece dropped to the floor. It was awesome to say the least! Like I said it was great having my parents here, I wish the weather wasn't as hot so we could have done more. The kids love being around them and always have a good time with them!
After we met with my parents we went to Scott's parents for some swimming and dinner. I think my kids might secretly be fish. They LOVE the water! Mimi and PawPaw made sure the kiddos had a great time and fussed over them the whole time!
Not too much planned today, I really want to get them back onto some form of a schedule. I don't know why I'm even trying, they're going to be off it in 5 days anyway (my sister and niece are coming down!). Hope you had a great Mother's Day as well!
