But your honor, I was just trying to stop his snoring!
Ok so I have to start out by saying that I honestly cannot remember the last time I slept all the way through the night since Scott has been home (we are in week 4 now). Last night though was by far the worst night, I was up every hour on the hour. Scott's snoring is out of control! I contemplated putting a pillow over his face to muffle the sound, but knowing my luck he would suffocate and then where would we be? I know what you're thinking, just get those Breathe Right strips. No, doesn't work. Obviously the genius that invented those has never met my husband.
I've done Tylenol PM, and that hasn't even worked! I refuse to take more than one though because I will be too groggy the next morning. I'm thinking of sleeping in the spare room tonight just so I can get some solid sleep, but I really don't like that room, it's super cold in there (think industrial freezer). Hmmm...any suggestions?
Besides the lack o'sleep, not much else is going on in our neck of the woods. We had our carpets and couch/loveseat cleaned today. Did I mention we got a new couch and loveseat? We did, well Mimi and PawPaw did. Our old couch was on it's last legs and was bound to break if we sat on it one more time. We got this one at the St. Vincent DePaul Society, it's really nice and the couch is a sofa sleeper (the mattress is still in the plastic, BONUS!). A lot of the furniture at the store by us is from homes that are used by snow birds down here and have maybe been used a dozen times, so we really lucked out. You would never know we didn't buy these brand new.
That's about it here. We have a very busy day tomorrow so hopefully I can get some much needed sleep! Be sure to check out Multiples and More tomorrow, we're talking about homeschooling!

Snoring - the story of my sleepless nights. Well, I guess I have grown accustomed to it now. My husband has sleep apnea (my prognosis - since he refuses to go and see a doctor). Sleeping on his side seems to help but eventually he will roll over to his back and forget it! I really do not have any advice but I do totally know what you mean. Hope you can get a good night sleep soon - us moms need their rest for a full day with the kids!
Oh gosh, I so know what you are talking about. I have tried saline spray - works for a while (for him - the spray).
My hubby doesn't snore when he sleeps on his side, but does in every other position. I just put a pillow over my head and pray he rolls on his side soon ;-)
