I have a lot of favorite recipes, honestly, but what I made last night is one of my new favorites. Plus, it's super easy to make! It's Mimi's baked chicken! All you need is:
1 stick of butter (hello Paula Deen)
1 packet of onion soup mix
Salt
Chicken (obviously)
and that's it. Preheat your oven to 350, melt the butter and after you salt your chicken breast dip them in the butter and sprinkle the onion soup over them. Then you just bake them for an hour and that's it. Plus your house smells heavenly, I don't know what it is about melted butter but UHHHH it smells good!

Today was one of those days that proves heat makes you do crazy things. Our friend Jenn asked if we wanted to meet her and the boys at EPCOT this morning. Sure we said! EPCOT is super fun, and the kids love going into The Seas. We are sooooooooo there! Fast forward to noon when the heat really set in, yeah what were we thinking?! Oh well, it was a ton of fun anyway!
We took the kiddos on Journey into Imagination and Finding Nemo. We actually spent the majority of the time looking at the fish in The Seas. Jill almost sucked all the air out of the place when the dolphin swam right in from of her. Poor Aaron was so tired though, we skipped morning naps and that is a no go with Mr. Schedule. Here are some photos from our day....Hope you had a great weekend!!!!

That recipe looks sinful! (Which equals delicious). I'm going to try it next week! Cute pics at the aquarium.
