Aaron had a rough day yesterday. He woke up fine, but then he was in a crabby mood the rest of the morning.

When he came home last night he said, "I got green...I just didn't have a good day." I knew it was rough and he was just having an off day, so I confessed, "You know, Mommy didn't have a good day either." "Did you get green, too?" "If they gave colors at work, I'm sure I would have." "We'll just have to try better tomorrow, Mommy."
