I love these photos of the kids! They're still definitely big fans of slides, just different ones. Jill likes the really big, super fast slides, and I think Aaron still thinks the slide in the picture is too fast. Ha ha!

Say What?! and Way Back When-esday

Darling Missy hosts Say What?! Wednesday every week (be sure to check out what her girls are saying!) and I just had to play along. Here's what the kiddos are saying:

Aaron: Hey Mama, there's a bus!
Me: It's more like a Winnebago
Aaron: Yeah Mama, a bagel!

Jill (knocking on guest bedroom door): Mama nobody's home!
Me: Right, Busia and Dzia Dzio are in Chicago.
Jill: Yeah! See-Saw-Go! Woo hoo! See you soon!

Aaron: Wanna get in the car and go on the balloon?
Me: What color balloon?
Aaron: Hmmm...blue
Me: You wanna go on a blue balloon?
Aaron: Yes, go in the car and go on the balloon, it's blue.

Jill was playing with her Snow White doll, arms extended (on Snow), and poked herself in the eye with Snow's hand, this is what she said to Snow: Ow Snow! My eye! No no no! On the mat!

Age: Year and a half

Since Aaron is talking about balloons again I figured this was the perfect picture to put up. One of the cool things about living where we do is that there are a ton of hot balloons in the area. Before I moved here I think I may have seen a handful, now I see them pretty much once a week. The kiddos love them and will sit and watch them until they cannot see them out the window anymore. Aaron really wants to ride in a blue one, his Daddy will have to take him on that adventure I think.

Say What?! and Way Back When-esday

Lovely Missy at Two Little Monkey's does a Say What?! Wednesday post every week which recounts all the hilarious things her girls have said (you need to stop by and read them, they really are hilarious). I actually wrote down some of the things my kiddos said this week so I could participate. Here we go:

Me: (as I bust Aaron throwing something) Was that necessary?
Aaron: Yes! It was AWESOME!
Me: *sigh* awesome (I mean really what do you say in that situation?)

Jill: (on Cinderella phone) Oh hi Dzia Dzio! Uh huh, oh yeah? Your house?! Ok! See you soon!
Me: You're going to Dzia Dzio's house?
Jill: (packing bag which included Alice costume, Alice shoes, headband, Cinderella phone and camera) Yes! Bye see you soon!
Aaron: I go too! We go on the train?! (they think my parents live at Disney)

Aaron: (doing something he's not supposed to be) Mama I be right back
Me: Ok, but you still can't do that.
Aaron: No, Mama, I be right back (continues to do what he's not supposed to be doing)
Me: Aaron, that's not what that means.
Aaron: Mama, I be right back

I used to love this time because Lani, April and I would able to just all get together and walk around with the kids. We would walk, literally, for hours and none of the kids would try to get out or anything. This is one of my favorite photos of the kids because it shows their personality's so well. Jill is always busy, and Aaron is as laid back as can be.

This week I'm also playing along with Missy from Two Little Monkey's Say What Wednesday?!

The other day the kids were doing something they weren't supposed to be doing and I was pretty fed up and simply said "Jesus Christ !" and my darling Aaron gasps, runs to the front window and yells: "Where?! Hiiiiiiiiiiiyeeeeeeeeeee!". Aaron totally thought the big man was in the front yard coming for a visit. How cute is that?!
